This notice explains what personal information Sussex Aerial Films (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have any questions, email info@sussexaerialfilms.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, your email address, the type of filming you are interested in, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your email.

We do not take payments through this website, and we do not use advertising tracking on it. With your consent, we use Google Analytics, as described under Cookies below.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, arrange and deliver the work. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Who else handles it

• Formspree delivers messages from the enquiry form to our inbox. Formspree is based in the United States, so your enquiry may be processed there.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. Its servers keep short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
• SiteGround hosts our email.
• Vimeo hosts the films on this website. The video players use Vimeo’s do-not-track setting, so Vimeo does not use them to track your viewing. Vimeo may still set a cookie it needs to protect its service.
• Google runs Google Analytics for us, but only if you accept statistics cookies. Google processes this data on our behalf and may process it in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to keep proper business records.

Cookies

If you accept statistics cookies in the banner, we use Google Analytics to see how people find and use this site. Nothing is collected until you accept, and you can change your choice at any time. Google processes this data on our behalf. The embedded Vimeo players may set a cookie that Vimeo needs to run its service securely. See our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@sussexaerialfilms.com and we will respond within one month.
